These vents are full plaster in (the plaster continues across the face of the vent) and cannot be removed once plastered in. Sizes exceeding 12" in span feature reinforcement using encapsulated high strength steel within the PET material.

Note when selecting size: The first measurement specifies the slot orientation—for example, a 20" x 10" unit features 20" linear slots running lengthwise, while a 12" x 20" configuration provides 12" slots in that direction. Select your dimensions accordingly to ensure proper alignment with your installation space.
Compatibility
Register/boot vent covers are designed for compatibility with the majority of traditional HVAC systems as well as remote fan bathroom systems. These covers are intended to fit into a register box or boot (verify dimensions of your boxes before ordering) with the perforated rim overlapping the surrounding plaster or drywall, creating a seamless appearance.
Installation
Our vent covers are designed to be installed on plaster/drywall ceilings or walls. The thin, perforated rim is engineered to be plastered over and smoothed into the mounting surface. Drywall screws or spray adhesive can be used to affix the vent before plaster is applied.
