- A page from the drawings or the mechanical schedule
- A photo of your notes or a marked-up plan
- A few lines typed into an email, like “12 of the 6-inch linear, 90 degree, twist fit”
- A list you built in Find your vent
If a file is too large to attach, send a shared link.

Whatever you know. None of it is required, and we’ll ask about anything we need.
- Sizes, or the opening and duct sizes
- Quantities
- Your system: conventional ducted or high velocity
- Wall, ceiling or floor, and the finish: drywall, plaster, tile or wood
- New construction or an existing finished surface
- Where the order ships and when you need it
What happens next
- We reply within one business day with your list matched to exact products and options, and any questions.
- You confirm it or tell us what to change.
- We send one invoice for the whole order. Once it’s paid, your order goes into production.
Timing
HiFi offers a standard catalog of sizes and patterns, along with custom options for project-specific requirements. Orders typically ship within 2-3 weeks. Rush orders are available if your schedule is tight.
