We currently ship to:
- United States (all 50 states)
- Canada
- Australia
Note: We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for international orders. Please provide a physical address for Canadian and Australian deliveries.
Production & Processing Time
Important: All of our products are made-to-order. Each product has a specific lead time (typically 1-2 weeks) that is clearly noted on its product page. Please check the individual product page for exact lead times before ordering.
Your order timeline:
- Production Time: 1-2 weeks (varies by product - see product page)
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days after production is complete
- Shipping Time: Varies by destination (see below)
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

United States
- Carrier: UPS

- Delivery times typically range from 2-7 business days after shipment
Canada (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid)
- Carrier: DHL
- Estimated Delivery: Calculated at checkout based on your postal code
- All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in your total at checkout
- No additional charges upon delivery
Australia (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid)
- Carrier: DHL
- Estimated Delivery: Calculated at checkout based on your location
- All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in your total at checkout

Please note: Delivery times shown are from the date of shipment, not from order date. Remember to add the production lead time noted on each product page to estimate your total delivery timeline.
International Shipping - DDP Advantage
For our Canadian and Australian customers, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means:
- The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay
- All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are prepaid
- No surprise charges or delays at customs
- Smooth, hassle-free delivery to your door
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly through:
- UPS (US orders)
- DHL (Canadian and Australian orders)
You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [customer service email] with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Look for any delivery notices
- Contact the carrier directly (UPS for US orders, DHL for international)
- If still not located, contact us within 10 days of the delivery date
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to:
- APO/FPO addresses
- PO Boxes (international orders only)
- Any country not listed in our shipping destinations
Certain products may have additional shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. Any restrictions will be noted on the product page.
Important Timeline Reminder
Since all products are made-to-order, please plan accordingly:
- Total time to delivery = Production lead time (see product page) + Shipping time (see checkout)
- For time-sensitive orders, please review the lead time on each product page before ordering
- Rush production may be available for certain items - please contact us before ordering
