The rough-in version, required for 90-degree configurations, features a separate frame and body design with pre-drilled mounting holes for direct stud attachment. Compatible with both 1/2" and 5/8" plasterboard, this innovative approach allows for precise frame placement before wallboard installation, with final vent body installation after wall finishing.
